ASIC обнаружил, что из-за различных кадровых изменений Red Summit в настоящее время не занимается бизнесом в сфере финансовых услуг. Поскольку заявка на изменение лицензии находится в стадии рассмотрения, лицензия Red Summit была предоставлена до 7 сентября 2018 года для обеспечения и демонстрации того, что компания в состоянии выполнить требования, касающиеся лицензии AFS и ведения бизнеса в сфере финансовых услуг.
